"A malu i fale, ua malu i fafo."
"When we are well within, we are well beyond."
"When we are well within, we are well beyond."

Talofa lava and welcome to a space grounded in Indigenous Holistic Coaching and Faith‑Based Supervision — a uniquely woven practice that honours cultural wisdom, spiritual discernment and the lived realities of Indigenous people serving in ministry.
"A malu i le fale, e malu i fafo." When we are well within, we are well beyond. This Samoan proverb sits at the heart of MALUIFALE, reminding us that inner peace, clarity and spiritual grounding shape the way we lead, serve and show up in ministry.
Faith‑Based Supervision offers spiritual depth, reflection and a safe sacred space to look inward. Indigenous Holistic Coaching brings cultural intelligence, relational wisdom and a worldview that sees the whole person — their identity and calling.
Together, these streams form a ministry of support designed for Indigenous leaders, pastors, lay preachers and faith‑workers who carry the weight of service. This practice nurtures the inner life so that your outward ministry can flourish with strength, humility and discernment.
MALUIFALE offers a bilingual environment where identity, language and cultural nuance are honoured. This integration allows you to express yourself authentically and be understood deeply — spiritually, culturally and relationally.
We look forward to walking alongside you as you reflect within and strengthen beyond.

I’m Sinaletavai Tanuvasa – Faumuina, founder of MALUIFALE and daughter of the late Rev Siaosi and Elisapeta Iulia Tanuvasa. I hail from the villages Siumu, Nofoalii, Faleasiu and Fusi Safotulafai, Samoa.
Born in Aotearoa and raised within the Methodist Samoa Church, I was gifted an upbringing immersed in Samoan language, Culture and Christian values — foundations that continue to shape my identity and calling.
My husband, our sons and our wider aiga are the heart of my life, continually grounding and shaping my purpose. We currently serve through the Samoan Sinod in the New Zealand Methodist Church where faith and fellowship anchor our journey.
E fa’avae o lenei auaunaga i le muāgagana a Samoa: “A malu i fale, e malu fo’i i fafo.” O le sini o lenei auaunaga o le fa’aleleia o le anoifale — le agaga, le loto, le mafaufau ma le tino.

I am an Indigenous Coach trained through the internationally recognised Tahi Indigenous Coaching model and a Hauora Wellbeing Advisor.
With over 1000 hours of holistic coaching experience, I draw on Indigenous wisdom, faith and lived experience to create a space where people feel spiritually, culturally and naturally seen, heard and understood.
This foundation allows ministry workers and leaders to bring their whole selves forward — their calling, their challenges, their hopes and be held with respect, safety and discernment.
Through reflective practice, cultural intelligence and spiritual grounding, I help strengthen the inner life so that your outward ministry can flourish with confidence, alignment and sustainability.
